“If I could change one thing about my high school experience it’s that I would want to be less apologetic about who I am. I spent a lot of time trying to reshape myself into a person that could make everyone happy, and on top of that being an impossible task, it also made me very unhappy. Now I am working on rediscovering the things that make me happy and pursuing them wholeheartedly. By doing that I’m making sure my relationship with myself is all about staying true to who I am, and it’s one that I can defend and stand by as in staying true to myself, even as college introduces new influences. Next Fall, I’m most looking forward to going to OU to study Production Design and Technology and I couldn’t be more excited.”
