“A Knight To Remember,” the Kings Athletic Booster Club’s annual fundraiser which benefits all 97 Kings Athletic programs, is ready for another event.

This community social event, scheduled 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at the Cincinnati Marriott Northeast in Mason, offers live auctions, silent basket raffles, a dinner,a night of games and entertainment with live music.

“It’s a night about supporting all of our student athletes and celebrating our community,” Athletic director Tyler Miller said.

You must be 21 or older to attend the event. The early-bird ticket price of $65 will increase to $70 after Feb. 24, Miller said.

Money raised goes directly back to the athletic program for stadium turf, new uniforms, and improvements that makes Kings stand out, Miller said. Since 2011-2012 KTR has set record donations each year, around $30,000 to $45,000.

“Without A Knight To Remember the department wouldn’t be able to function the way it does,” Miller said. “I would just like to thank our community for the constant support of our programs and booster club. Without support of the community student athletes at Kings would not be able to have the opportunities that they enjoy.”

“I encourage everyone who has never attended KTR to come out and be a part of it,” said Genevieve Brewster, president of the athletic booster club. “It really makes it a great night for us to be able to come together and help motivate our kids to be a part of a community that gives back to what we love and cherish the most, our kids.”

All tickets and RSVPs must be received by March 11th. For any questions, contact Genevieve Brewster at or Tyler Miller at Dress business casual and don’t forget Irish style.
