9-11: A Day to Remember
This year’s KHS senior class may be the last class to have any real-world memories of Sept. 11, 2001 – and even then, they were only four or five years old on that fateful day. But as the years have passed, they’ve learned that the memory of such a tragedy can turn into something positive. KHS teacher Tim Guilfoyle has organized the school’s annual Day of Service, in which all seniors fan out across the area to lend a hand and give back to the community.
