“My favorite memory from senior year was the impromptu lacrosse “Senior Night” that occurred just before the COVID-19 Pandemic stay-at-home orders were announced. When my teammates and I went out for Mexican food that night, I don’t think that any of us truly believed that it was the end of our lacrosse days. I’ll never forget the 04-20-20 at 20:20 moment when I sat for twenty minutes, and then watched the lights turn out at the Kings High School Stadium field one last time. I never dreamed that this was the way it all would end. This was a lesson in not taking anything for granted, and how true it is when coaches tell you to play every game like it is your last!”
